But as we all know we are talking about the flagship phone of LG and this phone will going to release in the year 2019, and there are the chances that Snapdragon will release there latest processor this year which might be Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 so, maybe LG will use this latest processor in there flagship phone of 2019.

As we all know in the year 2018 everyone is producing the smartphone with 3 to 4 cameras on board, even I have heard the Oppo is working on a smartphone which will be going to have 7 cameras, 6 rear cameras and 1 front facing camera, sound crazy? Yeah, this war between smartphone companies is getting crazy with passing days. So, we can expect that LG will also follow this war and produce a smartphone which will have no 7 because of this sound weird but 4 cameras which will produce portrait mode from both front and the back side because everyone wants that mode on their smartphones along with many other features which include, geo-tagging, face detection, touch focus, HDR plus and many others which we don’t know yet but soon will.

Software

LG G6 was released with Android 7.0 (Nougat) and now Android 8.0 Orea has been released and Google is working on Android 9.0 P so, there are the chances that LG G8 will have the latest android which is Android 9.0 P out of the box.

Battery

The battery is the main part of every smartphone for me, because if your battery won’t last a day or two then you have not a smartphone you have a laptop which needs the charge every 3 hours. And LG G6 has Non-removable Li-Po 3300 mAh battery which is pretty good and there are the chances that LG G8 will have around 4000 mAh battery and this capacity of the battery is very much long-lasting.

Hello everyone iPhone X just announced four days ago, decision for this phone is just in the presentation we got on stage so, from that presentation, it spawned a whole new sea of much more interesting question about the phone and these are the five most important of those.

1. How Good is Face ID




Well first of all the actual facial recognition technology is supposed to be really good it shouldn’t be fooled by a photo of you, it shouldn’t be fooled by people who kind of look like you, it should work in the dark and new question I’ve seen though is, if you actually have an identical twin that looks identical to you will that fool it? And answers yeah probably will.

Question: If your girlfriend holds your phone up to your face while you’re sleeping to unlock it will that work?

Answer: No! Because it won’t work when your eyes are closed, you have to open your eyes to use face ID so Apples got your back there.

One more think that people have been talking about is it looked like face ID failed in the first ever demo that Apple gave to the public which is what they did on stage with that new iPhone, let’s take a look at exactly what happened.





So since then Apple has actually come out with an official explanation for what happened that they gave to nine to five Mac which was this

“People were handling the device for stage demo ahead of time” says a rep “and didn’t realize Face ID was trying to authenticate their face. After failing a number of times, because they weren’t Craig, the iPhone did what it was designed to do, which was to require his passcode.” In other words. “Face ID worked as it was designed to.”

So, it makes perfect sense you know how if you try the wrong fingerprint enough times in a row it will ask you for your password if you do like 8-10 times in a row it stops listening to the fingerprint and just says put in your PIN, well apparently it’s the same thing if you try the wrong face too many times in a row so, to me that just raises a question if people just look at your phone randomly is that gonna count as a failed unlock attempt, like well there just be tons maybe hundreds of failed to unlock attempts if you just leave your phone on a table for too long and people walk by and look at it does that count are we all gonna be like Craig.

2. One Handed-ness





This is not a really easy one handed phone when you compare it to the current iPhone 7 plus or eight plus, iPhone X does has a smaller body, yes! But, it’s still a larger display which means you will have to reach further no matter how small the bezels are. Well, made me notice this was having the home button or the home swipe all the way at bottom and the control center all the way up at the top, now someone who uses control center a lot that is a serious stretch.

3. Recycled Features?





Is anything about this new phone is actually new? No!

I mean pretty much every single new feature we saw at demo on stage or highlighted or headlined about the iPhone X we have seen it before in some other phones.

The bezel less display with a notch at the top, while the essential phone literally just did that. But many other phones have been bezel less over the past couple years their own ways.





Wireless Charging this has been around for a while as well just last year Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, LG V30 have all had wireless charging plus many others.

Face Unlock that was a key new feature back in the days of android 4.0, plus Note 7 came out last year with Iris Scanning, even augmented reality there has been entire phone built around that experience.





But the fact is that doesn’t really matter, I mean you have heard this before, Apple is never really first to things but they tend to lag behind and then when it’s well established they leap in an do it really well.

4. Is it worth $1000?

I think the better question is iPhone X what does it do for a thousand bucks that the cheaper new iPhone 8 doesn’t do.

So first of all its an OLED display so it will have a higher contrast ratio, more saturated colous, pitch black blacks, it support HDR now, it’s just overall going to look better. It also has a higher resolution 2436 by 1125 at 458 pixels per inch and you also now get to say you have a super Retina Display and of course the display is fillscreen edge to edge, much smaller bezels no chin, you also have optically stabilized both cameras instead of just one so, the telephoto lens should have much better performance in low light, much better video stabilization etc.

Everything else is exactly the same specs, performance, the ip67 rating, wireless charging, bluetooth 5.0, the selfie camera, all that stuff is exactly the same on both.

5. Random Little Questions




Like how you take a screen shot if there is no home button?

Having Face ID as your unlock prevent you from being able to just like sneak your phone in class or like sneak use it during meetings? Yes! But also you could use your passcode like before.

Will a case or a skin at the back of a phone interrupt wireless charging? The answer is No! The skins are so thin no problem you can put it on the pad it could still work.

Hello everyone some crucial iPhone 8 information has been leaked, these information consist of three pieces, we know the storage, we know the price and we know the actual release date along with couple other little things.

Release Date


In close communication with several telecoms companies that will be selling iPhone 8, Mac4ever is reporting that they actually know the release date the iPhone 8 will be announced on, and they’re saying it will be September 12, 2017, now this does make sense because, its Tuesday and if, we look at every other date that Apple has released an iPhone on, it has always been a Tuesday for the most parts, then they pre-orders on Friday, in this case it will be September 15 with final release, they say on September 22, 2017.

Storage Sizes


Now a Chinese poster geek bar has actually released the storage sizes for the iPhone 8, and they’re not matching up with what we have heard before. Previously it was supposed to be 64 and 256 gigabytes, now they’re saying that there will be three storage tiers. Starting at 64 gigabytes which double the existing 32 gigabytes entry level, then there will be 256 gigabytes of storage, and the last but not the least we have 512 gigabytes of storage.

The question that has rise on everyone’s mind that, who could and why anyone should need that much storage in their iPhone, the possible explanation for that is 4k video with the new Apple TV app, Apple will be announcing at the events, a 4k plus HDR with this new display or in beginning HDR possible as well on it.

Pricing


A writer from New York Times is claiming that, he actually knows the pricing of the iPhone 8 for the entry level models as he’s been talking to people that have been briefed on the product or the iPhone 8.

Now he is saying that the entry level model which in collaboration with the earlier rumor we just heard, 64 gigabytes will start at 999 USD, the 256 gigabytes will be available at 1099 USD, and the 512 gigabytes device will be at 1199 USD.

Other Little Features


Now there will be face ID and wireless charging will be on board, and it will be very possible that Apple iPhone 8 may  be Apple pencil support.

However, its very hard to ignore these updates, but minor updates are okay, but if your phone come in Android KitKat and you are thinking to upgrade it to Android Nougat then be ready for difficulties.

App Updates

Everyone wants new apps and games in their Android and IOS devices. That so called light weight apps and games that you have installed can be transformed into heavy weight over time. The main reason behind these apps are “Updates”. Developers are constantly make changes in their apps, and every new updates bring some new features, which cause the slowness of your phones.

The best thing that you can do is if you feel the app become heavy and eating more RAM, Replace it with some app which has similar functionalities, but light weight.

So, make sure to uninstall or disable the apps that uses more RAM and CPU.

Smart phones run on the flash memory unit, NAND is the most common type of flash memory. NAND memory get slower when its full. In other words, NAND memory need some free space to run operations efficiently.

The best thing is always keep clearing your cache memory which help you in freeing down some of your storage, and always stick with 80% of your device’s total memory. For example, if you have 32 GB of internal storage, don’t cross 24 GB threshold.

Higher Expectations

After seeing some high end smart phones, sometime, we think our phone is slower. We humans always seek more and more. You can’t compare your Galaxy S5 with Galaxy S8. So, you should accept it and buy new high end phone.

Performance

Oneplus 5 comes in 2 versions, First one has 6 LPDDR4X GB of RAM and other one has 8 LPDDR4X GB of RAM both versions has same processor speed of Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835 (Octa-core, 10nm, up to 2.45GHz) and it has Adreno 540 GPU power.

These both versions has OxygenOS based on Android™ Nougat operating system which pretty much look like stock android.

6 GB version comes in 64 GB of storage and 8 GB version has 128 GB of internal storage.

Design

This phone pretty much look like iPhone 7 plus in design but although it has good design cameras are positioned well screen is pretty bright and perform well both in day light and artificial light.

It has a finger print sensor along with home button which pretty much look like Samsung Galaxy but the finger print sensor is much faster I haven’t seen  any sensor which is that fast.

Camera

OnePlus 5 has dual camera, first one is 16 MP, f/1.7, 24mm, EIS (gyro) and the second one is 20 MP, f/2.6, 36mm both has phase detection autofocus, 1.6x optical zoom and dual-LED flash. They both has  1/2.8″ sensor size, 1.12 µm at 16MP & 1/2.8″ sensor size, 1.0 µm at 20MP, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama features.

Front facing camera is also 16 MP, f/2.0, 20mm, EIS (gyro), 1.0 µm pixel size, 1080p and Auto HDR.

First 16 MP camera at the back has 2160p at 30fps video recording capability, second 20 MP camera has 1080p at 30/60fps video recording capability and the one on the front can record video at 720p at 30/120fps.

Other Features

OnePlus 5 has 3.5 mm head phone jack, Its mic has Active noise cancellation feature built-in, with the help of which it can deliver good quality voice on other side.

From the beginning we always heard that no smart phone can beat iPhone in speed, iPhone has the tag of best performance phone since from the launch of iPhone 2g, But now that table has turn finally we have an android smart phone which not only look like iPhone 7 plus but perform far more better then iPhone 7 Plus.

The name of the beast who can beat iPhone is OnePlus 5. OnePlus 5 has 8 GB of RAM, even my laptop doesn’t have that much RAM, and RAM work perfectly with Octa-core (4×2.45 GHz Kryo & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo) Processor.

In the end it is clearly shown that OnePlus 5 complete its task in 1 minutes and 51 seconds and iPhone 7 plus complete its task in 1 minutes and 58 seconds. The OnePlus 5 Beat iPhone 7 plus with perfect 8 seconds and I think its a great lose for iPhone.
